While visiting Canada in June 2005, Socorro and Calvin made a batch of salsa...in the campground at Kananaskis.
Here's what you need to get started...
4 to 6 ripe Roma tomatoes
2 bell peppers; red is best but others provide more colour
1 small onion
2 serrano peppers

Turn your oven on to 350F.
Assemble the dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
